The electronic contract will not be archived by a third party, and the language in which it is concluded is Spanish. Payment Methods
WeeGoo offers various payment methods:
- Bank transfer
- Credit or debit card
The conditions applicable to each of these payment methods are set out below.
Bank Transfer
WeeGoo offers you the possibility of paying for your order by bank transfer. If you choose this payment option, once the booking process has been completed, the information necessary to make the bank transfer will appear on screen. In addition, we will send you an email with the amount of the booking, the reference you must indicate, and the account number. It is important that, when making the transfer, you indicate the booking reference provided by WeeGoo in the email as the payment reference, in order to speed up processing.
Transfers may take up to 48 hours to become effective. Once payment has been confirmed, the contracted service will be processed. If you wish to speed up this process, you may send us proof of payment by email to info@weegoo.com.
Credit or Debit Card
Payment by credit or debit card is made through the secure Stripe payment gateway. When using this payment method, WeeGoo never collects or handles any customer data relating to their card number. All data is processed directly by Stripe, so that WeeGoo can always offer the highest level of security, transparency, and confidentiality in the transaction.
Prices, Taxes and Charges
Prices are stated in Euros. The prices of WeeGoo services may vary, but any changes will not affect bookings for which confirmation has already been sent.
The final price of the contracted services may vary depending on the taxes applicable in each case, or depending on the address and profile of the buyer (private individual or professional). Except for those activities not subject to VAT or exempt from VAT, the following taxes shall apply on our website:
The retail price of the services includes VAT.
Cancellations and Refunds
In accordance with the provisions of the LGDCU, as a user, you have the option to cancel the contracted services if they do not meet your needs or expectations. The exercise of the right of withdrawal must take place within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of booking, and for this purpose you must notify your decision to withdraw from the purchase made.
The refund of the purchase amount will be made once the status of the booking has been checked, through the same payment method used for the purchase and, in any event, before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the confirmed receipt of the withdrawal request. Any costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the buyer.
Please note that, in order to exercise this right, the service must not have started. If it has already started, only the proportional part corresponding to the services not provided will be refunded, provided that such distinction or separation is possible.
By law, this right may not be exercised for services with a fixed date limit, such as tickets, airline tickets, etc., or for digital services once the download or use has begun, unless that possibility is specifically stated.
Due to the nature of the services offered on the WeeGoo website, they shall be considered performed upon booking, and therefore the right of withdrawal established in Law 3/2014, of 27 March, on Consumer and User Protection, shall not apply.
However, as we wish to ensure your satisfaction with the services contracted with us, we offer you the possibility of cancelling them if they do not meet your needs or expectations.
In the event of cancellation, it will be free of charge if it is made up to 48 hours before the service is due to take place, and 100% of the amount paid by the customer will be refunded, excluding non-refundable tickets. If preferred, the customer may choose to change the date, time, or route with the same 48-hour notice, subject to availability.
If the cancellation takes place between 24 and 48 hours before the reserved date, no changes will be possible and the refund will be 50% of the amount paid.
If cancellation is made within 24 hours before the service, no refund will be given.
Tickets to museums, monuments, etc. that may be included in the contracted activities may be non-refundable, as this will depend on the refund policy of third parties. In the explanatory section of each specific service, it will be clearly stated whether the tickets are refundable or not, and under what conditions.
Delays and Force Majeure
Activities will take place as normal in rain, cold, or other usual conditions, provided that there is no risk to participants and no impossibility of access to the city or monuments. In the event of cancellations due to force majeure (extreme weather, strikes, monument closures, or external situations affecting the activity), a change of date will be offered free of charge, or the full amount paid will be refunded if the change is not possible or is not accepted by the participants.
The customer must arrive at the meeting point indicated in the booking with reasonable advance notice.
If the visit is delayed due to the participants’ lack of punctuality, the agreed duration will not be extended and the scheduled finishing time will be maintained. In such cases, only where possible, participants may hire additional time.
When the visit includes access to monuments, museums, or spaces with timed entry, a delay may prevent access or cause the reserved time slot to be lost. In visits primarily focused on access to a monument or museum, such as the Prado Museum or the Royal Palace, the loss of the ticket due to the customer’s delay may make it impossible to provide the visit under the contracted conditions.
