“WeeGoo” is deeply committed to compliance with Spanish and European legislation on the protection of personal data, and guarantees full compliance with the obligations set out therein, as well as the implementation of the security measures provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April, and in Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPD and GDD, hereinafter “LOPD”).
In accordance with these regulations, we inform you that the use of our website may require the provision of certain personal data through registration or contact forms, or by sending emails, and that such data will be processed by “WeeGoo”, the Data Controller, whose details are as follows:

Collection and Processing of Personal Data
Personal data is any information relating to a person: name, email, address, telephone number, NIF/NIE, etc. In addition, when a User visits our website, certain information is automatically stored for technical reasons, such as the IP address assigned by their Internet access provider.
“WeeGoo”, as Data Controller, has the duty to inform Users of its website about the collection of personal data that may be carried out, whether by sending emails or by completing the forms included on the website.
Only the data strictly necessary to provide the contracted service, or to respond appropriately to the User’s request for information, will be collected. The data collected is identifying in nature and corresponds to the minimum reasonably necessary to carry out the activity requested. In particular, no specially protected data is collected at any time. Under no circumstances will the data be used for any purpose other than that for which it was collected.
Contact Forms / Email
Purpose: To respond to your request for information submitted through our contact form(s).
Legal basis: The legal basis that legitimises this processing is the User’s consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.
Data disclosure: Personal data will be processed through servers managed by Servicebox, which acts as the Data Processor.
Booking Forms
Purposes:
- To manage the bookings made.
- To provide information regarding the processing and status of bookings.
- To send communications by email and/or telephone in order to inform the User of any incidents, errors, problems, and/or the status of bookings.
Legal basis: The legal basis that legitimises this processing is the performance of a contract.
Data disclosure: “WeeGoo” will not transfer or disclose your data to any third party, except where legally required or where it is strictly necessary for the provision of a service. Specifically, data may be disclosed to:
- Technology service providers.
- Payment service providers.
- Third parties or intermediaries acting as service providers on our behalf (accountants, advisors, etc.).
Data disclosures will be carried out under the strictest confidentiality, using the necessary measures, such as the signing of confidentiality agreements or adherence to their privacy policies as set out on their respective websites. The User may object to the disclosure of their data to Data Processors by written request, using any of the means referred to above.
In addition, where necessary, Customer data may be disclosed to certain bodies in compliance with a legal obligation, such as the Spanish Tax Agency, banking institutions, the Labour Inspectorate, etc.
Minors
Only persons over the age of 14 may provide personal data on this website. As required by the LOPD and GDD, in the case of minors under the age of 14, the consent of their parents or guardians shall be a mandatory condition for us to process their personal data.
On the other hand, only persons over the age of 18 may contract our services. In the case of minors under the age of 18, the consent of their parents or legal guardians shall be a mandatory condition for us to provide the services offered, unless the minor is legally emancipated.
Security Measures
Users of the “WeeGoo” website are informed that we have adopted the technical and organisational security measures within our reach in order to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access to, and theft of data, thus guaranteeing the confidentiality, integrity, and quality of the information contained therein, in accordance with the provisions of the current data protection legislation. The personal data collected through the forms is processed solely by “WeeGoo” staff or by the designated Data Processors.
The “WeeGoo” website also has SSL encryption, which allows Users to send their personal data securely through the website’s contact or registration forms.
Accuracy of the Data
The User declares that all data provided by them is true and correct, and undertakes to keep it updated. The User shall be responsible for the accuracy of their data and shall be solely liable for any conflicts or disputes that may arise from the falsity of such data. It is important that, in order for us to keep personal data up to date, the User informs “WeeGoo” whenever any changes have occurred.
Exercise of User Rights
The LOPD and GDD and the GDPR grant data subjects the possibility of exercising a series of rights related to the processing of their personal data. To do so, the User must contact us by email at info@weegoo.com, or by written communication to the address shown in our Legal Notice, properly identifying themselves. Such communication must include the following information: the User’s full name, the purpose of the request, address, and supporting identification documents.
The exercise of rights must be carried out by the User themselves. However, they may be exercised by a person authorised as the User’s legal representative, provided that documentation proving such representation is submitted.
The User may request the exercise of the following rights:
- Right to request access to personal data, which is the right to obtain information on whether their own personal data is being processed, the purpose of any such processing, as well as the available information on the origin of such data and any disclosures made or planned.
- Right to request rectification, in the event that the personal data is incorrect or inaccurate, or erasure of data that proves to be inappropriate or excessive.
- Right to request restriction of processing, in which case “WeeGoo” will retain only the data strictly necessary for the exercise or defence of claims.
- Right to object to processing, meaning the data subject’s right to prevent the processing of their personal data or to request that such processing cease in cases where their consent is not required, where the data is contained in files used for commercial prospecting, or where the purpose is to take decisions concerning the data subject based solely on automated processing, unless the data must continue to be processed for legitimate reasons or for the exercise or defence of possible claims.
- Right to data portability, in the event that the User wishes their data to be processed by another company, in which case “WeeGoo” will facilitate the portability of their data in an exportable format.
Where consent has been given for a specific purpose, the User has the right to withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent prior to its withdrawal.
We undertake to respond to all such requests within the maximum legal period of one month.
If a User believes that there is a problem with the way “WeeGoo” is handling their data, they may direct their complaints to the Security Officer or to the relevant data protection authority, the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) being the appropriate authority in Spain.
Data Retention
The personal data of Users who use the contact form or send us an email requesting information will be processed for the time strictly necessary to respond to the request for information, or until the consent granted is withdrawn.
The personal data of Customers will be processed until the contractual relationship comes to an end. The retention period for personal data shall be the minimum necessary, although it may be retained for up to:
- 4 years: Law on Infringements and Penalties in the Social Order (obligations relating to registration, deregistration, contributions, salary payments, etc.); Articles 66 et seq. of the General Tax Law (accounting books, etc.).
- 5 years: Article 1964 of the Civil Code (personal actions without a special limitation period).
- 6 years: Article 30 of the Commercial Code (accounting books, invoices, etc.).
- 10 years: Article 25 of the Law on the Prevention of Money Laundering and the Financing of Terrorism.
- Without time limit: disaggregated and anonymised data.
Social Media
“WeeGoo” has profiles on some of the main social networks on the Internet (Facebook, Instagram). The purpose of the processing of data by “WeeGoo” through such profiles is to inform its followers about its activities using the tools allowed by the relevant social network, and to provide a personalised customer service. Users should bear in mind that the use of these social networks is subject to their respective terms of use and privacy policies. “WeeGoo” recommends that Users consult those terms and privacy policies in advance before using the links or applications provided.
Under no circumstances will “WeeGoo” extract data from social networks, unless the User’s express consent is specifically obtained for that purpose. In addition, “WeeGoo” shall not be responsible for the privacy practices of those social networks or their applications, especially with regard to confidentiality, the processing of personal data, and content.
Confidentiality
In all cases, the information provided by the User shall be considered confidential and may not be used for purposes other than those described herein. “WeeGoo” undertakes not to disclose or reveal information regarding the User’s intentions, the reasons for the advice requested, or the duration of the User’s relationship with it.
Validity
This privacy and data protection policy was drafted on 16 April 2026. It may be modified depending on changes in legislation and case law that may arise, and it is the responsibility of the data subject to read the updated document in order to be aware at all times of their rights and obligations in this regard.
