The tour begins at Plaza de Zocodover, the historical and social heart of Toledo, where you will start to understand the city’s strategic and cultural importance throughout the centuries.

From there, you will enter the historic centre, walking through its labyrinthine streets and discovering monuments, squares, and corners full of history. Along the way, you will also learn about some of Toledo’s most representative traditions, such as its renowned steel craftsmanship, the art of damascening, and one of its most emblematic sweets: marzipan.

You will enter the Primate Cathedral of Toledo, one of the most important in Spain, where you will discover its extraordinary artistic and architectural richness and understand its central role in the country’s religious history.

The visit continues at the Church of Santo Tomé, where you will learn in detail about El Greco’s most famous masterpiece, The Burial of the Lord of Orgaz, understanding its meaning and its relevance within art history.

You will then explore the Jewish Quarter, visiting the Synagogue of Santa María la Blanca, one of Toledo’s most unique buildings. During the route, you will also see the exterior of the Monastery of San Juan de los Reyes, a key place linked to the Catholic Monarchs and to the city’s history.

As an optional ending to the experience, there is the possibility of visiting the Mirador del Valle, from where you can enjoy Toledo’s most famous panoramic view and a unique perspective of its historic skyline.
